How Do I Cancel An Order?

Order Status (What Does It Mean When My Order Says….?)

Processing: Immediately after placing your order, your account should list your order as processing. This status simply means that no action has been taken on the order. No order should remain processing longer than 1 business day. This order status does not mean that your payment has not been received, it simply means that no action has yet been taken regarding it.

Awaiting Payment: You have chosen a method of ordering that requires for you to send payment to us and it has not yet been received. Once payment has been received, you will be notified through an email.

IF you have ordered using PayPal and this is currently your order status, we simply have not yet checked our Pay Pal account to switch from one status to another. If you have any question whether your Pay Pal payment has been received, please login to your own paypal account and go to Payment History. Paypal payments are usually checked once daily, so this status should change within one business day.

Approved: Your order has been completed and shipped. You should have received a shipping notification with instructions on tracking your orders through the internet.

Back Order: This product is not currently in stock at any of our warehouse locations. We have ordered the product from our supplier. If we know an exact date of arrival, it will be listed in the product’s description online. If we do not know an exact date, we will update you on the status of your order via email once its status has changed.

Pre Order: This item has not yet been released from the publisher or manufacturer, but we are currently taking preorders for it. We will ship your order as soon as it is available.

Canceled: Your order has been canceled. Please check your customers notes section for more information on why your order has been canceled. Typically, an order is canceled at your request or because of a lack of response from you after repeated inquiries by us.

Custom Order: You have selected an item that is being made especially for you. Because of the backlog of custom orders and because a lot of our custom work is done outside of this country, we usually ask for 6-10 weeks for delivery. This time is neither a minimum or a maximum guarantee. Unfortunately, we cannot provide updates on your custom order status between the time it is placed until the time it is received unless 10 or more weeks have elapsed.

Checking the Status of an Order

When you place an order online, you can check the order status online by logging into your account. All information on a particular order should be noted in your account.

When you place an order over the phone, you can check that order by filling out the following form. (Fields needed are Name of Person who Placed Order, Date of Order, What Items Were Ordered).

How Do I Cancel An Order?

Orders placed online by Check/Money Order can be canceled by contacting us via our Contact Us form, please provide us with your order number (Order ID).

Orders placed online by a Credit Card can be canceled by calling our office number. Because the shipping department works so quickly, we do not recommend attempting to cancel your order online, as email is answered sporadically during the course of a day.
