Order Status (What Does It Mean When My Order Says….?)
IF you have ordered using PayPal and this is currently your order status, we simply have not yet checked our Pay Pal account to switch from one status to another. If you have any question whether your Pay Pal payment has been received, please login to your own paypal account and go to Payment History. Paypal payments are usually checked once daily, so this status should change within one business day.
When you place an order online, you can check the order status online by logging into your account. All information on a particular order should be noted in your account.
When you place an order over the phone, you can check that order by filling out the following form. (Fields needed are Name of Person who Placed Order, Date of Order, What Items Were Ordered).
