How Do I Create An Account?

Creating an account is simple, fast, and FREE! Simple click on the MY ACCOUNT link at the top of any page on Highspots.com and fill out the registration form. You will be able to then login and place orders, as well as keep track of your orders after they have been placed. It's that easy!

How Do I Edit My Account Information?

Editing your account information is a simple process. Simply click on MY ACCOUNT, and login with your username and password and then select YOUR ACCOUNT from the menu of options. Once logged in you can always access your account by clicking MY ACCOUNT at the top of the page.

In the MY ACCOUNT section you can view your past orders, as well as change your billing and shipping information.

How Do I View My Orders?

Simply click on MY ACCOUNT, and login with your username and password and then select YOUR ACCOUNT from the menu of options. Once logged in you can always access your account by clicking MY ACCOUNT at the top of the page.

In the MY ACCOUNT section you can view your past orders, view the status of orders as well as the details of each order.

I Forgot My Password.

Forgot your password? Don't worry. There is no need to make a new account, all you need is your First Name, Last Name and Email Address.

Click on the MY ACCOUNT button at the top of the page and then select the "Forgot Your Password?" link that is next to the login form. You will be prompted to enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address and your password will then be emailed to you.
