These elbow pads are fantastic. They allow full articulation. It's amazing that you can choose from so many different colors. These are a must have. I took away one star because I don't really like the slit in the middle.

These are great pads for the budget wrestler. I am planning on buying custom sleeves or AMA pads in the future. TRACE pads do their job very well. They haven't slipped yet and the protection is very thick.
